We've officially had George for a month now 🐶 so, I decided to compare my walking and sleeping stats for the last 8 weeks. 4 weeks before dog, 4 weeks with dog... I'd say there are some obvious changes aha

@Kaja an important metric - I should have recorded more closely. However, I can report that there has been a morning wakeup lick daily.
