We've officially had George for a month now 🐶 so, I decided to compare my walking and sleeping stats for the last 8 weeks. 4 weeks before dog, 4 weeks with dog... I'd say there are some obvious changes aha

Sleep less consistent.

Last night I got 5.5hrs. Yay.

@pvrahbek well, at least it looks like your sleep is recovering quickly!

This is the 75lb toddler I've adopted 😅 he demands at least 4 walks a day at the moment.
