Yeah, Rand Paul could only write prescriptions for eye drops and corrective lenses. Calling him a doctor is like saying Taco Bell is Mexican.

According to his candidate bio on his website:

"He graduated from Duke Medical School in 1988. Dr. Paul completed a general surgery internship at Georgia Baptist Medical Center in Atlanta and completed his residency in ophthalmology at Duke University Medical Center."

So he's more of a physician than Casey Means.
