Found this answer in the LibreWolf website's FAQs.
"Will you provide an Android version of LibreWolf?
At the moment nobody is working on it, and it is not something we have considered investing time in. We recommend using IronFox as an alternative."

Hmm... I looked for IronFox in the Google Play Store, and it's not there. Next I went to the IronFox website. The link to the installation guide is broken, 404 error. It appears to be software you have to sideload. While the FOSS community is big on sideloading, I am not. For the average user the exposure risk is too great.
And, for highly technical users, I'm reminded of the con artist who said "Doctors, lawyers, and stock brokers are the easiest marks, because they're overconfident."

You can't uninstall Google Chrome from an Android phone. So I'll continue to let it languish in the corner, and use DuckDuckGo for now.

@fifonetworks firefox does offer a lot of good options to improve privacy but it takes a lot of work making sure they're all turned on.
