The @kamloopsnews bot churns out a ‘current conditions’ report every hour with a link to Environment Canada. I’ve toyed with leaving it as is, posting without the link (as it takes up more space on the timeline), or just doing away with it altogether.

@fname @kamloopsnews i have a bot for my weather station @AlberniweatherBot and I set it to 3hrs with one daily summary per day. I found it is less intrusive that way while still being reasonably "current".
i would keep the link too.
