Urban Camera

To Hamburg with my camera. Cloudy, it rains, but I have a few hours on the streets first.

Lunch in a Turkish baked potato shop (Kumpir) in St. Georg. The Germans don't eat the baked potato skins. Plates returned with the innards, dressings and filling gone, a husk of skin remains.

Madness.

@uc Apples have the most healthy part in the skin, but potatoes do not. The skin contains Solanin - in modern varieties it is usually in smaller amounts and not dangerous, but it is still a reason not to eat the skin.
