This little boy hasn’t fully recovered since his last bout of diarrhoea (20 days ago). I thought he’d be getting better gradually, but yesterday he had another episode with exactly the same symptoms.

I now strongly suspect a parasitic infection, especially a protozoan like *Giardia/Tritrichomonas foetus*, because the timing of the first episode perfectly matches the incubation period and symptoms of this type of parasite.

This morning, after collecting a small amount of fresh stool with a syringe, I wrote down my observations and questions, and went to the vet clinic to ask if they could do a stool test. The receptionist couldn't make a decision but kept my sample to ask the vet. I just received a call from the vet saying he can contact the lab to try sending my sample for testing.

OK updated, they need more at least 10g*2 stool sample.

Seeing a vet is so expensive... my wallet is really hurting.
