Post-process trick here [see 2nd Comment]. Because Jake is leaning back , and his face is further away from the camera, his head looks smaller than his body. By making his head - down to the bottom of the collar - larger, it looks like he's sitting up straight, and the size of his head is now in correct proportion to his body. This technique is often used when there is one person looking over someone else's shoulder. -Phil
