I'm fucked for not filing sales tax on-time, and may need to dissolve my LLC due to insufficient funds...
I just paid $939.58 for the return period ending on 3/31/25, and I had only formed my small business in Mar 2024
I STILL owe for the period ending on 6/30/25
Please help!
I'm required to file a quarterly return for sales and use tax, but somehow this slipped through the cracks while I was employed at my previous job
I don't know what to do other than open emergency commissions, on top of the work I'm currently doing for an upcoming video game
