Had some veg overload in the fridge so pulled together a #quiche for supper. Snelling great. Lots of mushrooms in there, and some fresh garden herbs.

While making pastry, I also made a second shell, as the incremental effort is low. Just put a pumpkin pie into the oven as the quiche came out. It's a very pastry evening.

Here's the pumpkin pie that resulted from my pre-supper pastry making. Used up some pumpkin we roasted in the autumn, and then froze.

Nothing says spring like… pumpkin spice?
