I want to share this Tamara de Lempicka study I did.

I had wanted to do it for YEARS, but I've noticed, if I feel like an artwork is important to me, I feel such pressure to do it 'right'.

I'm working on that, but, I am VERY happy that I finished this - colored pencil, after many, many hours.

Do you find it difficult to start work? Or finish it?

@Joyau starting, not really. Finishing, yes, especially when it is a time consuming project and either going really well or when I get stuck. I keep having this fear of screwing up even when it never happens. But I can get over it :)

@suzannespirit I'm the same. I have fun starting, but if I get interrupted, or lack time when I start it - it is definitely harder for me to go back to - I'd rather start something new! 😅

I am happy that I have made progress about finding small ways to move forward out of getting stuck - I have artworks I have semi-abandoned, and this Lempicka was almost there, but it meant too much for me not to finish it. 🥰
