Are there edgelords/roadmen with what is refferred to as "unclear ideologies" just turning up to either protest for a "bit of action", or are they making use of the LFR, other surveillance and heightened officer numbers to nick people off the streets they don't want up West anyway (i.e suspected dealers, street robbers?)

@Lazarou and Metpol would almost certainly put as many ethnic minority officers as they could find on the frontlines, as much as a hazing method against these officers (the frontline ranks have various ways of attempting to sabotage DEI initiatives) and to stir the crowd up..

@Lazarou more like a return to the 1970s/1980s - in the days of Empire they generally didn't give natives any kind of power over white people, but there have been ethnic minority officers in Metpol since the 1960s and a big attempt to hire them in 1970s/80s - the reason the height requirement was knocked on the head was to try and recruit officers of ESEA ancestry to blend in with areas such as Chinatown where there was paranoia over Triad activity)
