Here are The Bear's musings on Saturday's Unite the Kingdom rally, in which he suggests it was all a bit sad (a damp squib), perhaps not quite the nationalistic uprising promised by Stephen Yaxley-Lennon & his associates....

the Bear suggests:

'The whole rally felt less like a protest & more like a networking event themed around “How to be Racist Online and Earn Money!'

So, does the Americanisation of the Far Right preface its failure or its renewal?

The Far-Right Has Become a Bit Sad, Hasn’t It?

What I saw of the Unite The Kingdom rally wasn’t strength or patriotism. It was monetised grievance, imported outrage culture and profound second-hand embarrassment.

@ChrisMayLA6 Well, as certain European politicians have discovered, the current iteration of the #farright which includes #Trump, is coming across as a bunch of half-baked, not too bright, hateful loonies. Additionally, this bunch of bananas is unable to comprehend they are being used as useful idiot tools by billionaires.
