The council should instal a Taxi rank on West Register Street and keep the frontage clear
@peterbrown they are allowed to drop off and pick up outside it, but strictly one line, only. On the way into town, during rush hour, there were two lines of the buggers, blocking that end of Princes St. No traffic wardens in sight, of course.
