Woohoo, the electric meter's been replaced. And 10 minutes later it's gleefully calling in the meter readings, like the old one didn't.

The side benefit is the electric has been off for an hour, which means 3.2kWp went straight into the batteries. Stonking.

@philpem Are you able to get data from your meter? Mine has the optical port but it doesn't seem to be enabled.
@fsphil I don't use the port, I use the Hildebrand Bright app and API for the most part, but via the MQTT gateway. I'm just waiting for a new Glow IHD to arrive.
For now I'm using the "house usage" sensor on the solar inverter as an approximation.

@fsphil No, just one that does SMETS1 or SMETS2
@philpem Gotcha. Doesn't look like that's going to be a thing here in NI for quite a while yet.
