Hawaii is going even further. Passed a law specifically identifying corporations as fictions set up by states and in no way the equivalent of "persons" and have no human rights like speech. Making Citizens United null and void.

Agreed; the enjoyment of human rights (and political rights) by corporations as legal persons has been a major problem for a while - not so much in general but the two wide scope of such rights - they need to be reigned in considerably
