RaethI've always eyed emulation gamers with an envious eye. They just load this thing called a 'rom' and off they go. It makes me wonder why everything can't be a rom? Why mess around with installers and dependencies when I could just have a nice collection of ROMs from over the years, and they just run.
Morrowind's the closest I've come to having a ROM. I haven't installed it for years, just copied the folder over, and it always runs. I must have applied a no-cd patch at some point, out of necessity after the disc blew part in my drive thanks to the many times it span up when I started the game. #Morrowind #TES
