It is my first time outside of Germany as an EU-citizen. I got the citizenship about 40 days ago, after 19 years, 6 months and one week living there (yes, I counted!). A kind of 'wonders never cease' situation. Quietly and slowly freaking out and trying to adjust to my newly acquired status of a full human being. I don't seem to realise it yet, I suppose I have to grow some new German body cells to feel it. It is really strange to be in Austria as a freshly made Piefke.
