After a year apart, 77-year-old Antonina Khorunzha - evacuated by #Ukrainian_Defenders from a shell-shattered road in the #Lyman direction using a ground robotic system - has finally reunited with her granddaughter.

She thought her grandma had been killed after a #Russian missile struck a neighbouring house in the village of #Stavky - until she recognized her in the evacuation footage.

"I fell very often. The wind was so strong... There was rain and snow. I prayed to God to survive. I just wanted to stay alive. I kept thinking: 'I’ll make it somehow. I’ll crawl there if I have to.'"
