@TheBreadmonkey One of the post ops effects I had never anticipated after my kidney transplant was giant bawz; Already on the larger size, either trauma from the op or oedema made them massive and highly uncomfortable. Lasted a few days after I was discharged 10 days after the op too. Do not recommend. Why are men?
