@KiwiEV Doesn't sound optimal. I know you're a do-it-yourself kinda guy, but I strongly recommend a chat with an employment lawyer.

A bit like I'd recommend someone wanting to build their own EV had a chat with you. An awful lot of institutional knowledge there.

I agree with what @foxylad says. Lawyers will generally give a lot of useful information for free during a 'get to know you and your issue' phonecall/meet. @KiwiEV
