Binghe ApologistHey mainly US #trans folks, especially #transmasc folks, I’m looking for recommendations for bottom surgeons located anywhere in the US. Outside US recs also welcome as I might consider that depending on cost and quality and such. But really just looking for surgeons where folks have had a good experience, even if you haven’t had the surgery yet/didn’t get it for whatever reason. Pls help!

Mel@TheBookewyrme I had a good consult with one of the surgeons from the Crane Center in TX. I’ve heard good things about them but I went with Vanderbilt. I had a great experience with Dr. Assi and Dr. Kaufman there but they recently ended their gender affirming surgeries program, unfortunately. Both are still at Vanderbilt so not elsewhere to go to. I’ve also heard good things about Dr. Schechter in Chicago. I had a consult with him too but canceled after meeting the people at Vanderbilt.
@Melezioh ugh to Vanderbilt ending their program. I’ll check out the Chicago one, that one would be really convenient for me!!
