Philip HeronAnyone able to identify this IC from a small 12V AC light? The B924A1 code isn't turning anything up for me. I'm assuming it's some kind of constant current driver.
Hoping to modify it to run on a lower DC voltage.

r҉ustic cy͠be̸rpu̵nk🤠🤖@fsphil B924A1 is a constant current driver IC. You'll see it being used to drive LEDs, probably as in this case, but also some measurement devices where exact reference isn't critical
PT4115 is a very similar device, and you can probably use it interchangeably (it's also more available outside of China/Taiwan)
