Experimenting with superubermegajumbo (that’s not a real yarn gauge btw) knitting with some jumbo merino from World of Wool. A 35mm needle was too small and my forearm too tapered, so I’m using this cardboard tube to keep tension!

I am putting a twist on my stitches somehow. The knit side looks wrong. Also, we’re gonna need a bigger tube.

@Annaspanner I did some seriously big (but not superubermegajumbo) knitting a few years ago.

I found that because I wasn't using standard needles in my standard hold, my muscle memory wasn't there and I had to think about which side of the stitch I was going into. Might be you're having a similar issue?
