Is it #shrinkflation? A year or so ago, #Charmin changed their #ToiletPaper so the cuts were "scalloped" shaped—why?!

Anyway, I recently bought a new pack: the straight cuts are back, but the paper seems thinner and much less soft. 😒 🚽

Edit: oops, my mistake. I bought "soft" instead of "ultra-soft". So does that mean if the package doesn't say even soft, it's like tin foil?
