Report: Trump's 'Project Freedom' was derailed by Saudi Arabia & Kuwait when they suspended US access to their airspace & bases.

Saudi Arabia, frustrated by Trump's announced plan to reopen Strait of Hormuz, "informed the US that it would not support the plan."

Trump was forced to abandon the plan, but said the abandonment was related to negotiations.
