@lgsp Ah! It reminded me of my recent visit to Napoli, although the driving looks a bit more sane than what I walked through while in Napoli. Brilliant food and wonderful people though!
I think the roads in each nation have some commonalities that make each county recognizable. The architecture too, may have some common characteristic, that abruptly changes when crossing borders.
The big difference is that Milan is flat, easier to bike... And yes, people in Naples drive in an anarchic way, but the average Milan driver is very aggressive. For the food there is no contest: Naples win by far!
