Until we get proper regulation on the glasses and dfacial recognition, I side with the store or business on this one. Until then, it's like the wild west in not a good way.

@AstralAudio I agree completely. Sadly the militant blindyverse will argue this is no different than someone using a wheelchair or scooter to access a public place and while title iii under the ADA doesn’t cover stuff like smart glasses because it is too outdated, they’re sadly probably within their legal rights to bring these into a store or any other public place. The store would be In the wrong for not allowing them. Now problem is blind people aren’t the only ones who can use them; and the meta glasses especially aren’t disability specific like a cane, scooter or wheelchair. So maybe there’s blessed wiggle room in there for privacy and good sense to prevail. Somehow though I doubt it.
