Work has been challenging lately. I’m grateful for a job and the benefits that come with it. However, my gratitude does not diminish the following truths:

My value is independent of my productivity.
My identity transcends my title.
Rest is one of my basic needs, not a reward.
Treating those around me with kindness, dignity, and love is one of my priorities.

Shout out to everyone trying to hold on to these truths while doing what ya gotta do to provide for yourself and those you love out there in the hellscape.
