I made vegan PelmeΕi! (aka pierogi or varenyky depending on where you're from)
I wouldn't normally fry them but my husband likes fried ones more and I thought it was fitting with the filling from the receipe (potato, mushrooms and sauerkraut). But I need to find the vegan receipe I originally used, I like the dough better.
I forgot how much time and effort this is! π π« π΄
