I'm sorry to hear you're going through that :(

This probably doesn't exactly meet what you're looking for, but one book that resonated a lot with me was The Happiness Hypothesis by Jonathan Haidt, where he looks at what truly creates happiness and what makes a life worth living:

Another book I read recently is The Dose Effect by TJ Power. Very pop-sciency and reads a bit like the book version of a TikTok video, but the content is solid. It's about how to maximise your body's production of the hormones Dopamine, Ocytocine, Serotonine and Endorphines which are connected to our overall well-being and happiness.

Take care, wish you a speedy recovery!

Good idea if you're tired, the Haidt book is a bit more complex to read. Hope there's something in there for you!
