At a big box store they had a rack of 2TB WD MyBooks on clearance. Someone had accidentally included a few 8TB ones, all marked with the same price. I snapped one up and it's now happily plugged into my little BSD machine. I've been playing around with Copy Party and I like it. I'd like to see what else is available for self hosted cloud apps but search is so polluted these days, all I get is ads for cloud providers and guides on setting up SMB.
