@arstechnica I so intensely loathe that the governments (mostly USA honestly) are just approving things like those gas turbines, there's zero need for that, all of these developments could've been done sustainably but shareholders, corrupt companies, and corrupt governments, are all ruining this.

I'm glad not every company in the sector is like this, but I totally get why people are angry about the whole sector when shit like this constantly happens

@arstechnica AI is fucking ecocide. Setting the planet on fire for ”progress” is not sci-fi, it is dystopia. I’m ashamed to even know how this technology works, and for having ever worked in the tech industry. For fuck’s sake!
