We're a rough bunch this morning. An early migraine for me, but lots of other pain and discomfort on here today too it seems.

Must be a bad planetary alignment with the moon phases or chicken bones or something. 😞

May we all end the day feeling better!

Now to grudgingly take the pricey pill.

I don't get many migraines anymore, but this is my typical weather trigger...blinding sun, high pressure. I'm already hiding.

@ottaross Exactly. And possibly seasonal allergies as well. For headaches, internal pressure from sinus congestiom will only make a bad situation worse. đŸĢ‚

@david_megginson It's a good point. I woke at 4:30 with congested sinuses. They're okay since, but I get the sense they were a precursor to the migraine.
