1850s Classical style tenement designed by Alexander Kirkland on St Vincent Crescent in Glasgow. In most buildings from this time, the window design gets smaller and simpler with each additional storey. In these tenements, it's the opposite way round, with the smallest windows on the ground floor and the most detailed ones on the top floor (with a lovely little flare at their base).
