So when #Kindle, #FireTV and #FireStick - (and whomever else #Amazon supplies) skyrockets into the 1.5x/2x price multipliers above where they were last year... remember how they got there, and who ultimately pays for this bit of what may turn out to be some theatrical swap-o-matic tax dodging.
