Why do I ALWAYS have to remind myself (because I forget) that I invariably put 1-2 lbs (.4-.9 kg) on when I’ve had a hard workout day previously and my DOMS is severe? Grrr #workingout #health #fitness

Inquiring minds: do you know if that is extra muscle mass (since you worked out hard)?

@Retreival9096 I mean, it's probably not extra muscle mass per se, (at least not yet) but it will be extra inflammation and water to repair the muscle fibers I broke yesterday doing 40 lb squats ;)
