i have never used an AI customer service chat that was more helpful than the previous deterministic chat bots that regurgitate the FAQ or whatever.
ChatGPT was released to the public four years ago and today i can't think of a single software feature or product that uses it that i would miss if it disappeared today.

Approval. I don't know of any area of life where I would need AI/LLM.
Yes, there is one exception: the translations.
Here they are useful and bring people into communication where it would otherwise not be possible, e.g. here.
But otherwise, I haven't noticed anything good with AI/LLM, rather problematic.
