Fi 🏳️⚧️really wish that I had a more accessible way to explain "something that is right 90% of the time is vastly more dangerous than something that is wrong 90% of the time" to people.

If food at a resturaunt is usually shit, the health inspector will most deffinately see it. People will also avoid the resturaunt, as there will be few storiesnabout people liking their food. Thus, little damage is done.
If food at a resturaunt is usually fine, people will go eat, and the health inspector will see no issues. Yet people will still be getting sick.
