Release notes are up!

I wish it went without saying, but these notes are completely written by hand.

0.16.0 Release Notes ⚡ The Zig Programming Language

@[email protected] what about by foot?
@ben only one of the sections. you'll never guess which one
@andrewrk your commitment to human authorship is really heartening. Gives me faith in zig not to blow up when the bubble pops
@andrewrk We need checkmarks for “Human-made” content or something like that.
@Rylik it's very rude to fill human communication channels with LLM output, I think the checkmark gets the default backwards
@andrewrk Spending time reading something someone didn’t spend time writing leave a bad taste. Unfortunately, nowadays I always have to question if even comments that I read and reply to are LLMs or not ( I know on this website they probably aren’t, hopefully).

@andrewrk Congrats on the release! I think the Io interface design turned out great, it works really well

Q: Should the link to zig-bootstrap in the release notes not point to Codeberg?
