I always wanted an Atari 600XL, I got one in bad shape and shipping broke a corner. I cleaned it, and I got a black screen. Replaced the memories and 74LS158, and managed to get a BASIC screen but failed after a few seconds, I suspected it was the CPU. Today, I cleaned the keyboard, repaired the corner, and while testing cartridges I discovered it started to behave better. So I inserted DKJR twenty times and the problem was solved! #retro #retrogaming #atari
