NetXMS 6.1 is out 🎉

This one has the Oxidized integration I built about a month ago — network device config backups are now a thing.
Also OTLP for the OpenTelemetry crowd.

We ran polls on LinkedIn and Mastodon asking whether people actually use RANCID anymore. Turns out: not really. So Oxidized it is — we'll add RANCID only if someone explicitly asks.
Community-driven decisions feel good.
