@CursedSilicon in Russian there is a saying "Все всё понимают" ("Everyone understands everything") meaning the silent acceptance of the shittiness when everyone can tell why the things are the way they are but doesn't bother to say it out loud because no one believes that it could change.

So sad that this saying is now getting more and more heard in the whole world
