This tiny pumpkin isn't going to cut itself...

So, the plan is to fill the shell with a chunk of thawed tuna, some finely sliced leek, fill all the gaps with boiled brown rice, then add a dashi/mirin/tamari/sugar combo, as well as some finely chopped umeboshi. I will then bake it at 180C for about half an hour (as per Stephanie Alexander).
