Planted Viburnum trilobum (Highbush cranberry) bare root plants my friend gave me. First time I've grown them.

I don't have a place ready for them in the garden, so I planted them in pots.

Yes. I’ve had one for over 25 years. When it got too big, I cut out the oldest, tallest stems. I usually prune it in winter to keep it 6 or 7 feet tall. Last year, I pruned it all clear to the ground to renew it. Has nice flowers, but the fruits are best for the birds!
