🐈⬛David Sommerseth@jwildeboer I just wonder if Peter Magyar will be better or not. I'm happy Victor Orban lost, and Magyar will likely do some improvements to get EU fundings to Hungary. But he has avoided commenting on Ukraine topics, he represents a conservative right aligned party, and was a former Orban supporter and Fidesz member.
It's a step in the right direction, for sure. But I dunno how long that step is in reality.
Huopa@dazo @jwildeboer indeed, it seems the most important thing here was to show that some change is possible after all.. now, hopefully, in the next elections there are already a bit more nuanced distribution of parties as this election was simply to prevent Hungary from going into one party system.

@huopa exactly. Now people will realize that they can change stuff and Peter Magyar knows this. They'll have to pay more attention to the people that elected them this way.
