Apparently, I have 468 followers.

At least 460 who have taken a vow of silence.

@TashPoetry

It is entirely possible they follow you for your poetry (it is a powerful draw) and feel they have little to add... but me? Sometimes I can't keep quiet! 😜

@Owen_G_Richards There is, I think, ample to add. I feel as though I have been a little too reductionist of late.

Thank you, as always, for your support.

@TashPoetry

There being ample to add is not the same as being able to articulate whatever it is that you might want to say.

You'll notice I don't always comment, and that is when either my own abilities seem inadequate, or my sensitivities prevent me from saying anything without a great deal of consideration.

Some poetry comes from artistry.
Some from the heart - whether enamoured or broken.
Some comes from the depths of a soul tormented by past experiences.

Not everyone gets it.

@Owen_G_Richards I always say I open my brain and something falls out. Most of the time.

@TashPoetry

Something falls out? Or is it pushed out...?

"Better out than in" is sometimes very appropriate in relation to our thoughts/memories/life experiences, and even though "venting our spleens" has very little effect on past events, it does let a little steam out and reduces the internal pressures (occasionally).

@Owen_G_Richards Perhaps 'crawls out' might work better, Owen.
