Islamic State Pakistan Province (ISPP) claimed responsibility for an attack in Quetta, Balochistan, in which five Shia civilians were killed or injured. In a statement released today, the group said its militants targeted members of the Shia community in the Hazar Ganji area using small arms, resulting in multiple casualties.
