#Target sent me email: "We've updated our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy".
Except they sent it to an email address that does not have a Target account associated with it. I confirmed this by entering the address on the login screen; when I did that, it offered to create a new account under that address.
I don't want Target sending email to this address. I don't want Target doing _anything_ with this address. (1/3)
But there was no unsubscribe link in the email (they would say it's because it's an account-related email, not a marketing email, but again, THERE'S NO ACCOUNT).
There was a "Contact" link, though, so I clicked that.
It brought me to a page offering 12 different reasons to contact them. None of those reasons was appropriate for what I was trying to accomplish. There was no "Other" or "Something else" option. (2/3)
Below the support topics that were all off-topic, it said "Help us improve this experience." next to a button that says "Take a quick survey". I clicked the button. Nothing happened.
I ended up sending email to [email protected], an address I found in their privacy policy. Do I think this will actually accomplish anything? No, I do not. But we'll see. (3/3)
