I have had some truly awful eBay experiences and I still don't think I have ever left a neg for another member. I've always been able to sort something out with them which in my view is at worst a neutral, but usually a positive.

Update: I gave them a full refund and messaged them asking to revise the feedback. They did. Winner.

@ret Sounds to me like they probably did that just to get a refund from you and get whatever you sent them for free. It's a common tactic by cheapass buyers on ebay. 😒
